ugg-ly.

Maybe it's just me, but I really do not like the UGG trend. 

Is it even a trend anymore? I mean, it has been years since people have been wearing these overpriced cloth boots. So is it now considered a new winter staple? Do UGG's fit in to the same category now as winter sweaters and scarves?

Personally I think that they are ugly (UGGly) boots that have become culturally acceptable to wear out in public due to the comfort they serve the wearer. I would just rather spend my 170 bucks on a pair of riding boots or those lovely fringe boots that I have been talking about. They actually kind of remind me of Pooh Bears feet. 

What do you think? Maybe I'm crazy.

winter knits. the good and the bad.

Well, it is getting a little nippity out. I look outside in the morning and there is frost on the windshield of my car. Fun right? (Sense my sarcasm?) 

So with the cold, wintery weather coming around it is now time to get in to the warmer, snuggley clothes. That means knits. (I am using a lot of adverbs today, aren't I? Geesh.)

Knit sweaters, knit scarves, knit ear warmers, knit leggings.

That also means potential fashion DISASTER. Or fashion love. Here is your go-to guide with what not to wear this winter, and what to wear. (At least when it comes to knits) Enjoy.

First off - Don't wear this. "But Rach, it is so cute!" No, no it's not.

Chain Scarves. I love knit scarves, but not this. It just doesn't work.

The infamous ugly sweater. This is only acceptable at ugly sweater parties. 

Knit Necklace - Ahhh. Cozy, right? 

Okay, okay. Now on to the cute stuff. Are you excited? I am.

Ear Wamers. My favvvvvv. 

Socks. 

Over-sized sweaters. A definite winter staple. Mmh.

Okay, I want these leggings so bad.

And of course you can't forget the lovely scarves!
