I started my blogging adventure about a year ago - and if I would've known how much I would LOVE it I would've started sooner. You guys, my readers, my followers, my friends - I just want to let you all know that I appreciate every single one of you! You guys are so great and I think it is so awesome that you guys are actually interested in what I am writing, like seriously. Awesome.

I started this blog thinking it would be like an online journal/notebook. Things to keep my interests all in one place. To remember things that inspired me, or that I just wanted to remember when I get older. But to my surprise, other people were interested in what I was interested in, which amazes me! 

I remember when I got that first follower - at least the first one that I didn't know on a personal level. I felt awesome. Then I hit 10 - 100 - 250 - and now 500! It's so awesome! (Sorry for the over use of "awesome" but, that is seriously how excited I am. Lol.) So I just wanted to thank you guys and tell you that you don't even know how appreciative I am of you. So thank you so, so, so, SO much. You guys are absolutely lovely - and I'm excited to show you all the adventures, idea's, tips, and tricks that go on throughout my senior year - into college - and just into life. I hope you all will stay for the ride. ;) 

long time, no blog.

Hey, hey, heyyy.

It's me again! I apologize for the lack of blog posts from me recently. The lazy bug has bitten me. :/

BUT - I am back and planning on getting back to blogging regularly. :) And I don't know if you guys have noticed but... 2 'till 200 followers! Thank you guys so much! It just makes my day to know that I have people interested in what I write. :) I would totally do a giveaway or something but...I'm not entirely sure how to send out things. I'll figure that out sometime soon hopefully. I need to show the love, right?

But anyway, onto the post. Here is what I have been doing the past couple of days. And beware, this post is going to be verrry picture heavy.  :)

Today we went to Michocana's. It is a place where they sell Mexican palletas. Which are kind of like obscure popsicle ice cream treats. :)

They had every flavor from chocolate to mango and hot pepper. AND - they are all wonderful.

Mo here ended up getting the pineapple. Now, this actually had fresh pineapple chunks in them. Awesome? Yes.

Kyle here just got lame 'ol lime. But it is his favorite, he gets it every time, so it must be pretty good. :)

Here is mine, I had pistachio raisin. It. Was. Awesome. It fell off it's stick, though. :/

They have a bunch of different flavors of ice cream too! :)

And here is what my cousin and I ended up making. Homemade cinnamon sugar pretzels. :)

Yum.

Okay y'all, I have a challange for my fellow bloggers. Here it is.

Post 9 random things that you love, and tell why.

Well, I guess you don't have to, but I figured it would be fun reading about all of the different quirky, fun things that people love. If you post one send a link, I would love to read them! :)

Anyway, here is mine. In no particular order. :)

My Make-up Palette - I ordered this last year and I have used it almost everyday I have had it. It has so many colors to choose from and it was actually pretty cheap! Thank you bhcosmetics, thank you.

Egg Spinach and Feta Omelet - A classic. If you haven't made yourself one of these babies, you are missing out.

The Lake - Fun in the sun, chillin' with my man, tubing, the beach, swimming, campfire, the smell of the cottage (it smells really good, trust me), and summer food. :)

Sparkles - It's actually my favorite color. ;) I like them on anything, make-up, nails, shorts, shirts, the whole shabang. But don't worry, I don't go walking around school looking like a disco ball. I promise.

Daisey Dukes - Don't act like you don't like yourself some booty shorts. C'mon girl, embrace it. ;)

Sunny Day's - C'mon, who doesn't like bright, happy days?

Free Coupons from Victoria's - I don't think I've spent money on underwear in 4 years. how awesome is it that you get pretty panties for F-R-E-E. if you don't get coupons, it's okay to be jealous, just ask to get on the mailing list. ;)

Winning Things - Well, since i am a pretty lucky son (daughter?) of a gun, i have won a couple of things INCLUDING awesome eyeshadow primer and a Melie bianco purse. :)

Comfy Days - Just a long sleeve t-shirt and some shorts, so comfy I love it. I don't dress comfy very often, but when I do it's pretty awesome.

Springtime!

Okay guys, in honor of spring officially starting, here is a post about all things spring. And my top 9 things that I LOVE about spring. :) Here we go...

 

PASTEL NAIL POLISH! - My absolute FAVORITE color of nail polish, the only bad thing is that you can only really wear it when it is in season. Maybe I am just too picky with my nail polish, but that's just the way I am. Currently I am wearing a really pretty lavender color from O.P.I. (Rumples Wiggin') It's probably one of the best colors that O.P.I has. BUT - I still have yet to try that shatter, so once I try that I might find out if it is still my favorite. :)

Babies! - Okay, we have chickens and my chickens are poppin' out eggs like CRAZY. I think I am going to hide and incubator or something and smuggle some eggs so they will turn in to cute little chickies. :) Also, we have this huge cat...she is fluffy and big and cute. Her name is Big Mamma, and I think she is about to be a real mama. :) I love baby kittens.

Sun - I can actually wake up and it is light outside. Do you know how AWESOME that feels? It just makes me happy and...oh my gosh. Probably one of the best feelings in the world. :) And I don't have to drive to school with frost on my window because the sun melts it off. :p

Shorts - The season of short shorts. My absolute favorite type of clothing. See, for me I am vertically impaired, so short shorts aren't as risque as they are for girls with long legs. It just seems like they were made for my body type, and I definitely embrace that. I have have to make sure I dodge the dress code police during school. No worries, though. I'm a pro. ;)

Razorback Tanks - I have not met one person who doesn't like razorbacks. They are so flattering and low-key sexy in a way. It shows off your back and your arms. Perfect for the season.

Easter - I love Easter, it's probably my favorite holiday. Just the whole atmosphere and being with family and all of the church things going on. Helping little kids hunt for eggs, and looking for my own basket (yes, I still have to find my Easter basket, be jealous.) filled with candy...or hair products and make-up (my mom knows me so well).

My birthday! - My birthday this year is actually the day before Easter. So my family is going to throw me a Easter/17th birthday party. It should be fun. :)

Outside Jogs - It's finally nice out to go for runs and enjoy the beautiful weather! Feel good and look good, I'm all for that. :p

And...

Prom - Actually, I'm not entirely sure if I am excited for prom or annoyed. I think it's both. Just all the talk of dresses and blah, blah, blah-ty, blah. I guess I am all promed out. Oh well, haha it'll still be a good time and my man and I are going to look smokin'. ;)
