ELF open box review.

As all of you probably know already, I am in high school - which means I do not have very much money. And all of the extra money that I do have I usually put it in savings for college. So, when I need make-up I can't go out to MAC and just get what my little heart desires - I wish I could, though. Lol. So, I found a site that has all that I need and is all under five bucks.

I'm sure some of you have heard about this wonderful site, or have seen some of their products at your nearest Big Lots. But I went online to order some new make-up and to my surprise the total ended up to be just 18 dollars. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap.
